The craftsmanship here is legit. Leather feels high-end, smells like real hide, and the stitching is even and tight. The spikes have a nice muted gleam and aren’t pointy—my Doberman plays rough and nobody’s gotten scratched. I got our name and my number engraved; the font choice was classy and very legible. My only gripe: I followed the sizing chart exactly for his 21” neck and got a large, but it’s loose even on the tightest hole. Had to punch an extra hole myself. Definitely consider sizing down if your dog is between sizes. The hardware still shines after weeks of daily walks and the leather hasn’t stretched out. A little conditioner made it even softer. Overall, really pleased.

I bought this for my American Bully, Max, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. The leather is thick and smells amazing, you can tell it’s genuine buffalo hide. The spikes aren’t sharp at all, which is good because Max loves to roll around. I was worried about sizing but I measured his neck like the chart said and it fits perfectly with a little room to adjust. The engraved nameplate is clean and deep, not like those cheap ones that rub off. I’ve had it on him for a couple of weeks now, through rain and mud, and the leather just wipes clean, no damage. Shipping from Luxury Dog Collar was fast, it arrived in a nice box with a cloth bag. I will say, the collar is pretty heavy, so if you have a smaller dog or one that’s not used to a collar, maybe consider a lighter option. But for my 80lb boy, it’s perfect. Looks mean but he’s still a softie. Already got compliments at the park. Highly recommend.

Ordered this for my pitbull and it’s exactly what I wanted. The buffalo leather is thick but surprisingly supple right out of the box—no break-in blisters on his neck. The spikes are real metal with a bright chrome finish, each one fastened tight, no wobbling at all. I was a little worried they’d be sharp, but the edges are smooth enough that he can wrestle with his buddies safely. The engraved nameplate came out crisp and deep, even the small phone number is readable. We’ve been caught in the rain a few times and the leather dried without spotting or cracking. Only tiny thing: the collar is a bit wide for the D-ring, so my standard leash clip rubs the edge a little, but a quick buff fixes it. Feels built to last a decade.
