I ordered this for my 130lb Cane Corso who has destroyed every other collar I’ve tried. The width and weight of this thing immediately put my mind at ease. The buffalo leather is thick and stiff out of the box but is slowly molding to him. The stainless steel plate and lion emblem are well-secured, and the spikes are blunted just enough not to draw blood if he shakes his head near you. I got this from Luxury Dog Collar and the packaging was surprisingly nice, came in a cloth bag with no scratches on the hardware. Only tiny complaint is the smell of the leather was very strong for the first few days, but it’s fading. He actually struts a little when I put it on him, and I’ve already had strangers ask where I bought it. Definitely not for a timid dog – this thing means business.
