✔ How are measurements taken? You need to measure your dog’s neck and body (for the collar) with a tape measure.
✔ For long-lasting use of your genuine leather products, please do not leave your collar wet! Please dry it. Normally please wipe with a damp cloth or shoe polish. Please take care of the skin of your collar by using almond oil with the help of hand or cloth every 15 days.

I received this as a gift for my miniature poodle. The leather itself is gorgeous—thick, genuine buffalo hide with a lovely finish. The engraved nameplate is a nice touch, though the engraving was slightly off-center, which bugged me. The real issue is the hardware: the buckle and D-ring are massive and heavy. On a dog under 15 pounds, the collar constantly rotates and the weight makes it droop. My dog didn’t seem uncomfortable, but it just didn’t look right. I ended up using only the nameplate on a different, lightweight collar. For larger breeds, this would be a 5-star product, but they really should note that it’s best for medium to large dogs. Disappointed because it’s otherwise well-made.

I’ve had this collar on my Chesapeake Bay Retriever for over 8 months now, through water, mud, sand, you name it. I was skeptical about ‘water resistant’ leather, but it actually does repel water—it beads right off and dries without staining. The engraving is still perfectly legible, no fading or wearing away. The metal parts haven’t tarnished either. My dog is a puller and the stitching has held up great. Definitely worth the price compared to the cheap nylon collars I used to replace every few months. I do wish they offered a padded version for extra comfort, but that’s just me being picky. If you want a durable, personalized collar that actually looks nice, get this.

I ordered this collar from Luxury Dog Collar for my American Bulldog, Bruno. The website was straightforward, just entered the engraving text and chose the leather color. It arrived quickly, packed in a gift-worthy box with a little cloth bag. The buffalo leather is thick and smells amazing. At first it was quite stiff, but after about a week of daily wear it molded to his neck and now it’s perfect. The engraved nameplate is deep and easy to read, even from a distance. Hardware feels like it will last forever. My only tiny wish is that it came pre-conditioned to skip the break-in period, but that’s just nitpicking. Really happy with this purchase.
