The craftsmanship on the leather itself is lovely — thick, even stitching, and the deep brown color is exactly as pictured. The collar is soft inside so it doesn’t rub my dog’s neck fur. I deducted one star because the name plate, while beautifully engraved, is attached ever so slightly off-center, which drives me a bit nuts when I look at it straight on. It’s not noticeable when he’s running around, but for the price I expected perfect alignment. That said, the metal feels durable and the rivets are sturdy. It’s been through several rainy walks and no rust or loosening, so I’m happy enough to keep it.
